Timeless Walls Art is an online wall art and décor brand based in Milton, Ontario. We create and curate framed prints, unframed posters, digital downloads, wallpapers, calendars, and printable wall art designed to bring warmth, personality, and timeless beauty into everyday spaces.
Is your artwork AI-generated?
Some of our artwork is created using AI-assisted visual exploration, followed by human selection, editing, curation, and final preparation for print. We use AI as part of the creative process, but every final piece is reviewed and curated by our studio.
Are your products handmade?
Our artwork is digitally created, curated, and prepared by Timeless Walls Art. Physical products are professionally printed on demand through our production partner, Gelato. We do not describe our prints as handmade paintings.
Who prints and ships the physical products?
Physical products are produced and shipped through Gelato's print-on-demand production network. Timeless Walls Art remains your point of contact for order questions and customer support.
Where are the products produced?
Where possible, Gelato routes production close to the delivery destination. Gelato states that it works with a network of print partners and uses local production in 32 countries, although production location can depend on stock, capacity, logistics, and the destination address.
Will colors look exactly like my screen?
Not always. Screen brightness, device settings, paper type, printing process, and room lighting can affect how colors appear. Minor variation between digital previews and physical prints is normal.
Are frames included?
Only products clearly listed as framed prints include frames. Unframed posters, printables, digital downloads, and wallpapers do not include physical frames unless stated in the product description.
Do you sell digital downloads?
Yes. Some products are available as digital downloads or printable files. Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical item is shipped.
Can I use digital downloads commercially?
No, unless a separate commercial license is clearly provided. Digital downloads are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, or use them for print-on-demand resale.
Where do I place my order?
For now, orders may be completed through our Etsy shop or linked storefront. If you purchase through Etsy, Etsy's checkout, payment, and buyer policies may also apply.
Do you accept returns?
Because physical products are printed on demand for each order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost orders will be reviewed according to our Returns Policy.

Incorrect Address

Gelato's damaged-product process asks for a description of the problem, packaging details, and photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Reporting Timeframe
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery whenever possible, and no later than 30 days after receiving the item, so the issue can be reviewed with our production partner.
Lost Orders
If your order appears lost in transit, contact us with your order details. Lost-order claims should be reported no later than 30 days from the estimated delivery date, consistent with Gelato's stated lost-order timeframe.
Returned-to-Sender Orders
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, rejected delivery, or unclaimed package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping or replacement costs.
Digital Products
Digital products are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation once delivered or accessed, unless required by applicable law.
Color and Print Variation
Minor differences between screen previews and printed products are normal. Gelato states that printing is a chemical process and that 100% color consistency cannot be achieved because results can be affected by machine type, settings, paper type, humidity, and other production factors.
